We are excited that you are considering registering your child(ren) for our programs! We would love to have you join us for our school year program and/or our summer program! Please Note: We are not a drop-in center, so you must register your child(ren) in order to send them to Kaleidoscope Place. Space is limited, so get your registration in early. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
We do have very limited transportation available for families living in the immediate Phillips Neighborhood. For our after school program we provide transportation home in the afternoon. For our summer program we provide transportation in the morning and afternoon. To qualify you must live within the following boundaries: South of Franklin Avenue, East of 35W, North of Lake Street, and West of Cedar Avenue.
After School Kids Registration
After School Kids 2012-2013 REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!
Our After School Kids 2012-2013 program runs from September 4th, 2012 through May 24th, 2013. Registrations will only be accepted from August through March. Please carefully follow the Registration Process below to register your child(ren). If you submit a registration outside of the given times, it will be discarded. Summer Kids Registration

Our Summer Kids 2013 program is an eight week program which runs from June 17 through August 8. Registrations will only be accepted from April through mid-July. Please follow the Registration Process below to register your child(ren). If you submit a registration outside of the given times, it will be discarded. We now have Online Registration available! We created online registration to help us gather clear and accurate parent/child information on the registration form. It is a fairly simple process, however, please note, Online Registration only begins the registration process. There will still be additional forms that you need to fill out and mail or drop off in order for your registration to be complete. Once you Submit your online registration you will be taken to a page with the forms and the final steps. Follow this link for Online Registration.
If you prefer to use register using our paper form, click on Paper Registration and follow the detailed instructions. You may also stop by our office and fill it out or call (612) 871-9268 and request that a registration packet be mailed to you. We no longer allow faxing of the registration form because it comes through very unreadable.
